Important Note: You are responsible for your own safety at all times whilst on the walks. Parents or Guardians are responsible for the children in their care whilst on the walks.

Take care in crossing the roads at all times. Follow the 'Green Cross Code' at all times.

It is up to you to decide whether or not you are fit enough to complete the walks. Please do not come along if you have any doubts as to this.

If you take medication, please ensure that you have this on you.

You may wish to notify the walk Guide if you have a medical condition. However, please be advised that the Guides have no medical or first aid training.

Whatever the weather conditions please wear suitable footwear. Some of the walks may take up to 2 hours.

Please bring water (or a suitable alternative) to drink.

Please note that payment can only be accepted in cash. There are plenty of ATMs located in central London.
